Job Description
1. Should have knowledge of the entire customer lifecycle from initiation to possession
2. Effectively execute all stages of the first 90 days in the client lifecycle like
relationship call, educating on time bound, etc
3. Create a hassle free and seamless experience for the customer with regards to
on-boarding, registration, payments follow-up etc and also to deliver prompt and
accurate service to the customer.
4. Maintain effective communication, at all times, among the team, seeking the help
whenever required to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
5. Deal with all queries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the
telephone or via e-mail within specified TATs
6. Work with relevant internal stakeholders, in Customer Care and other departments,
to manage the customers & their queries thereby achieving highest levels of customer
satisfaction.
Desired Candidate
Educational Qualification - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate Customer Care.
Smart, presentable individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
